Visitor Record Not Retured... Is That A Problem For Re-Entry?

Hello All,

My girlfriend was visiting from Austria and when she went back in January, she was not able to return the visitor record she received.

She is planning to come back. Will she have a hard time at the border when she comes back?

Can she be refused entry even if she has a return flight, funds etc? She is planning to stay 5 months.

Does it say it has to be returned or simply "must leave by" certain date

It says must leave Canada on... and Must furnish proof of compliance on... (The Date of leaving)
