Visitor record Medical question

Hi,
I am applying for Visitor record for my parents but while filing the application, I got stuck at one of the question related to medical exam and couldn't find the correct answer for our situation. Last year, my parents came to Canada on March 15, 2023 and left on September 08, 2023 (within 6 months). They came again to Canada on Feb 13, 2024 and living in Canada only since then. Now, this time they want to stay little bit longer and so I am applying for the visitor record to extend their stay in Canada. So, while filling the application, I am stuck at the following question and I think I should fill it as NO because they haven't lived outside of Canada for more than 6 months since March 15, 2023 (past year). Please correct me if I am wrong. Thanks you in advance.

PS: They are from India so it comes under list of designated countries or territories.

A medical exam is needed before you submit your application for foreign nationals who:

want to stay in Canada for more than 6 months and have lived in one or more designated countries or territories for more than six months in the past year or;
intend to work in one of the following jobs:
health sciences worker
clinical laboratory worker
patient attendant in nursing or geriatric homes
medical student admitted to Canada to attend university
medical elective and physician on short term assignment
teacher of primary or secondary schools or other teachers of small children
domestics worker, someone who gives in-home care to children, the elderly and the disabled
day nursery worker

Yes but must stress they aren’t actually living in Canada they are just visiting. They have spent significant time as visitors in Canada in the past 2 years.
