Visitor record instead of visitor visa

Hi everyone! I applied with my family to “visitor visa” and what we got was a visitor record,
We followed all steps and dont understand what happened. My husband and me already have work permit until 2026 and now got visitor
Record for 6 months. My question is whats going to happen? Are out working permits still
Valid?
How we cancelled the visitor
