I had applied for my mom's visitor records extension fifth time and we got a refusal yesterday. I would like to know if i can apply for restoration??? Please kindly guide me.

Yes, you can apply for restoration. However I think you need to be prepared for the high chance of a refusal.

Yes, if you look through the discussions in this section of the forum, you will find people who have applied for restoration and have been approved. However what makes your case different is that your mother has applied for 5 extensions. That is a lot and it's not surprising the extension was refused. Because she has been in Canada for so long, I think the chances of restoration being refused are higher than the changes of restoration being approved. But you can definitely try.

I understand but when see came here the country was under lockdown time and again so there was no choice. Also, we applied for her PR but that system is completely luck based so actually there are not many options.
