Hi
I tried to apply the visitor record for my mom in June 2023 who entered in Canada in January 2023. Today, I just got this from CPC-E:
" This letter refers to your application for a Visitor Record.
Based on your application and accompanying documentation that you have provided, I have carefully considered all information and I am not satisfied that you meet the requirements of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act and Regulations. Your application as requested is therefore refused.
Under A16(1), a person who makes an application must answer truthfully all questions put to them for the purpose of the examination and must produce a visa and all relevant evidence and documents that the officer reasonably requires. A letter was sent to you on September 24, 2020 requesting to complete Medical Report within 30 days of the date of the letter. As we have not received any documentation, your application is refused.
[X] You must leave Canada on or before the expiry of your current document or, if your document has expired you must leave Canada immediately. Failure to do so could result in enforcement action being taken against you.
"
My mother applied for the visitor record in 2020 Feb and left Canada in October 2020. The visitor record was mailed to us after she left Canada.
Can anyone have the same circumstance and any advice? Do I need to apply for a restoration for her or just let her leave Canada and back?
Thanks in advance!
