visitor record extension (Biometric)

Hello,

It has been 2 months after I submitted the application to extend my stay as a visitor, and I still have not received a letter from CIC to do Biometric. Is that normal in this case? Please help.

Processing times for online is around 114 days and for paper applications is around 120 days. So you are still within the 'normal' timeframe. All you can do now is wait. But just to be sure, try checking your spam emails.

Just a heads up....You might be required to do medicals if you have been in Canada for 6+ months. The instructions for this normally come after 'Decision made' and they would give you 30 days to do this.
