I'm currently on Maintained worker status since my PGWP expired in NOV 2024, I applied for an LMIA-based CWP before my PGWP expired, and My maintained status is valid until May 2025.
I'm currently waiting for my LMIA to be approved, but I'm afraid it won't be approved before I get a decision on my CWP application so I'm applying for a Visitor Record, in the application it is asking about my current status and if I want to restore my status, I put current status as Worker since I'm still working on maintained status, but for the second question, I answered no and it also asked about the expiration date of my status and I put the date on my AOR which is May 2025, is that the correct way to do it? or do I put the expiration date on my PGWP?
