visitor in Canada looking re-applying for an extension

Im a visitor, applied for an extension en feb-2011 and got a permit until 19-feb-2014. Im looking to extend my stay for an additional 5 months, but I need your help...

In feb-2011 my entry visa was valid (expired in Sep-2011), but today I need to stay 5 additional months and my valid documents are my passport and my extension permit.

Can I re-apply for an extension?

Currently I'm in Canada (Quebec). Living with my daughter (get the citizenship 3 years ago).

Are You suggesting re-apply for an extension does not if matter my entry visa is expired?

Sometimes to understand is not easy, I'm trying don't go with actions that can make difficult my stay.

Extend your stay in Canada as a visitor
