Hi if my mom visitor permit is expiring aug 31 can i send her application now to extend her stay as a visitor or does it have to be only 30 days before expiring?

Sending it now is far too early and increases the chance of rejection. Send it sometime in August. Make sure it reaches CIC before August 31.

since i figured its taking 87 days to process visitor extension i figured by the time they get to end of june application it will be past aug nyws ..but i guess i will wait till mid aug may be
