hey guys im trying to extend my mother's visitor record, when we do the online application it doesn't give the option to complete the form Application to Change Conditions, Extend my Stay or Remain in Canada as a Visitor or a Temporary Resident Permit Holder (IMM5708), normally in the past we always have to fill it but not sure y in the checklist its not asking for that anymore? i tried it twice n still only asks for proof on funds, passport, current immigration status, n pic. has anyone had this issue recently?
