1. Me and my spouse is currently residing in Canada, we want to apply for the visitor record extension. Can we both apply for the visitor record together in one application or we need to apply separately?

2. Are you accompanying a family member who has status in Canada?

Accompanying a family member means you will be staying with a family member who is already in Canada as a visitor, worker or student.
Accompanying family member: A spouse, common-law partner, dependent child or grandchild of someone who is still dependent on their parent, who plans to immigrate to Canada with the principal applicant. Accompanying family members are included on the application.

Me and my spouse has a visitor status and living together, should I answer yes for above question?

Thank you

Thank you for replying.

My spouse was on PGWP and I was on SOWP. Applied for the LMIA (waiting on the decision) so applying visitor record again.

So, we need to apply separately right?

and I checked IRCC website, they define the Accompanying as below, A spouse, common-law partner, dependent child or dependent child of a dependent child (grandchild), who plans to immigrate to Canada with the principal applicant. Since, I am not coming with my spouse. Should I still say yes as I am already in Canada on Visitor status

Please and Thank you

Yes apply separately. When did permits expire? When did employer file LMIA? Wage & NOC?

Its been 10 months already. TEER 3, low wage LMIA.

Sorry what about the Question- Are you accompanying a family member who has status in Canada? I am not accompanying, I am already in Canada on Visitor status. Sorry, for the lot of questions. (We both are on Visitor record now)

Thank you
