Im currently on visit visa inside canada n my outland spousal application is still in process as my wife sponsored me now i was suppose to return back home in may but due to flight suspension i cant n need to apply for extension before my 6 months stay is up .. m done with everything online but its asking me to upload upfront medical since i answered Yes to the question that i have medical in the past 12 months..I dont have the receipt or anything when i did medical last year back home for my spousal application ..I only have the request letter n my gckey shows Medical passed ..Should i do the medical again?

You don't need another medical. Just include an LOE in place of proof of the medical.
