Please help. We need to apply for my visa extension. My last visitor record is until March 2, 2024. It says that forms have been sent separately for my medical exam. And I must undergo it within 30 days.
My question is, should I receive a form for my medical exam request? Because I didn't receive any mail regarding my medical. Or should I go directly to the immigration clinic without a form?
