Visitor Extension medical requirements

Last year, I applied for visitor visa extension application for my mother and submitted all documents including medical (in April 2024).

Now, in March 2025, I am going to apply for another extension (one year stay) and its again asking for medical documents. Can I submit previous one because its 11 months old or do I need new medical?

Processing is over 4 months for VR so get a new medical.

Would probably suggest waiting to see if it is requested and whether the extension is denied especially given it is not the first extension request.
