I am an American citizen and my spouse is a Canadian citizen. We made an employer sponsored move from the states. I have a visitor record for 6 months and have already applied for spousal sponsorship. My question is: when apply for a visitor record extension (form5708), what do I put in the FROM-TO section if I don't have a leave date? Just 6 months from when my original visitor record expires??
