Visitor Extension - Application approved but no email or message in MyCIC

I applied my for my parents visitor visa extension. They came here in August 2015 and we applied for extension in November 2015.

The application has been approved but i did not receive any email about application being updated and there is no new message in MyCIC account.

I check MyCIC account every few days so i don't know when the application got approved and when will i receive anything from CIC.

Anyone experienced this before?
