I applied for a visitor visa on January 21st. After four days, I called the IRCC IVR system, which indicated that my background check was in progress and eligibility had not yet started. However, when I checked again yesterday by entering my application ID and DOB, the message said, "Please press 1 to extend your visa." What does this mean?
