Visiting Visa - if we stay more than 6 months

Hi,

My Mom got 10 years Visitars Visa - she came here and stayed more(extra 20 days) than 6 months, So, we applied for extension during 5 months of time. She went back home now and Now I got a letter from CIC to apply for medicals to her.

What should I do?

- I called Immigration several times but no one is picking up my call(every time when I call them and wants to speak with an agent - its cutting my call)
