Visiting Visa April-05 Application from India

Hello Everyone,

I have applied Visiting Visa for my Parents on April 05 2017 and the current processing time shows as 20 days from India. I have still not received any answer from Visa Office. I am a bit concerned now as it has already been 20 days since I have applied.

Please advise if this delay is usual or something that I need to worry about?
