Hi guys,
I am a post grad worker and just received my COPR. Instead of getting an appointment and wait for another month to get PR, I am thinking of flagpoling as I live right on the border. However, I heard that it counts as an administrative refusal to the US, so to avoid that on my records, I am wondering if it's allowed to just visit the US for a few hours on my visitor visa and then return back to Canada?
Or would that create problems/suspicion in the officials' minds when I re-enter Canada in terms of misrepresentation of intentions of visiting US?
Thanks in advance.
