Hello everyone,

Quick question: Has anyone who came to Canada as a refugee from the USA been able to visit the USA again since becoming a Canadian citizen?
I would like to know the processes. Was a waiver required? I know about the 5—to 10-year inadmissibility ban due to an overstay. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

As long as you don't have an admissibility ban due to an overstay, you don't need any sort of waiver.

Thank you, Scylla, for your response.
Unfortunately, I am currently under a 10-year ban due to an overstay. I am seeking advice on the specific waiver that would be required from someone with similar experience who has successfully entered the US.

On what basis do you want to enter? If just as a visitor, there are really no waivers available. You'll need to wait out the 10 year ban. If you are looking to enter on an employer sponsored work permit, then I believe there is some sort of waiver possible but it's not a straight forward process and you'll want to post this question on a US immigration forum.
