While the PR card is yet to be received via mail, can I enter Peace Arch park from Surrey based on my passport stamping/CoPR?
I have Ontario PNP, but I do not intend to cross borders. I am just planning to meet a friend inside the park and return.
I am staying in toronto but happen to visit vancouver to meet my cousin and from there I am planning to meet a friend in seattle.
