Visiting/Immigrating to Canada after donating Kidney

My mother wants to donate a kidney in India. But, I am planning to apply her supervisa next year. Will there be any issue? Will she still be eligible to get supervisa after she donated kidney or not? Also, if I apply her immigration later, will it be a problem?

No, there shouldn't be any issues, as long as she can pass the medical.
