My brother wants to go back home for a vacation.. His program is ending in April but he has student visa till 2015 (he changed the course when he came here)
Now my question is Can he go and come back within a month after completion of his study.. ? Study Permit and Visa valid till 2015 or should he wait and apply for PGWP and then TRV and then go..
Any help would be appreciated
