My mum has an multiple entry visa for Canada and will be visiting in July,2013 the visa was issued in May,2012 but due to some personal reasons she could not visit Canada earlier, will the immigration officer ask her any questions and like what type

My mum who has a multi-entry visa will stay in Canada for 6 months, since she will be carrying her homeopathic medicine for Arthritis and the tablets she takes for presseure, would it be better for her to declare at the customes what documents will she have to carry along with her.
is is essential for her to have travel insurance since my sister with whom she would be saying with said she will purchase it locally in Canada since some plans her in India dont cover much.
