Visiting Canada that easy... ???

As a EU Citizen/ Hungarian ... Can I make a plane reservation to visit Canada just like this ?
WHO will determine that I can stay 1 month, 2 months , ... or more and Where?? IN my country Airport or in Canada Airport ?

Yes. You are visa-exempt, so you can just book a flight.
Normally 6 months is permitted but that will be confirmed on your arrival.
