Visiting Canada for 3 weeks. Can I re-enter again a couple of months later?

I am visiting Canada in Feburary for 3 weeks. I would then travel around America for 3 months. After that I would like to come back to Canada for the summer.

Is that possible?

Yes. Depending on which countries in America you visit you might need diferent visas, but nothing stops you from travelling around the continent. Be prepared to show proof of funds as CBSA would want to know how you can afford such a long vacation.
