we don't mind of any good country, we have looked at the other countries like US that can give benefits for our child mainly medical care, to make it short we are kind of people looking of peas and cool life that's it, and that's why we choose Canada (if you have any alternative country please advice, we are open minded)
P.S. we don't want him/her to lose the Egyptian citizenship as well
This forum is a good place for you to discuss this, because it is very unlikely that a visa officer will accept this as a valid reason for a tourist visa. Objections include:
- normal childbirth doesn't require extensive medical care, and so there isn't much difference between giving birth at home in Saskatchewan and in the Sick Kids Hospital of Toronto. No one travels 6,000 miles to find the finest hospital.
- if you do need the finest hospital, then you can't afford it. Insurance won't cover childbirth, unless (possibly) you bought it before your wife became pregnant.
- private hospitals in developing countries are easily the equal of Canadian hospitals, for routine matters.
- if you looked at the US thinking that it would give benefits to your child as regards medical care, then you haven't done much research. The US doesn't have those benefits even for its own citizens, unless you pay for them.
The visa officer will likely assume that you are, in fact, looking for a peaceful and cool life, likely in Canada, for your child if not for yourselves, and refuse you your visas. Or, as scylla points out, you'll be turned back at the border if visibly pregnant. They will not assume that it is a coincidence you are travelling so far to give birth in a country that offers birthright citizenship, which I believe no European or African countries do.
If that's what you're doing, I at least don't consider it particularly unethical, so long as you find a way to do it in a way that doesn't endanger your wife or child -- but regardless of your motives, you won't get a visa for it unless you develop an explanation for the visa officer that is more satisfactory.
Edit: if you are interested in the child gaining citizenship in a country that is not Egypt or Zambia, look at this article -- it has a list of countries in the world who practice unrestricted jus soli (citizenship by birth, and no other factors).

The US and Canada are probably the most difficult of them all to get into for this purpose -- but some of the others are perfectly acceptable, if you are hoping your child will have opportunities or security. My apologies, if you find this interpretation of your motives insulting, I don't mean it like that -- I myself immigrated to Canada after my first child was born, and completely share the urge to have them be a citizen of a stable and just country. It's just that it's a lot harder to arrange it by birth . . . Good luck!
