So my parents visitor visa is expiring in 2018 but they'll want to renew their visa by that time. So here is their situation....they're currently living in Fiji but are moving back to China in 2017. So where would they send their application? Can they apply within China or since they're Fiji passport holders, they have to send to Sydney, Australia?

Please advise.

Their current location at the time the passport is requested, which will be China.

So they can apply in China even though they hold a different passport? Because it will take some time for them to get a China passport.....
