Hello everyone. My sister got her visitor visa refused. Can anyone help me how can we improved this? Thank you in advance.

I am refusing your application because you have not established that you will leave Canada, based on the following factors:

Employment, property ownership, travel history, family situation, funds to pay for the trip, length of trip, reason for trip, ties to Canada, ties to the home country, etc.

She has her elder sister (Canadian Citizen) in Canada.

The purpose to visit is to celebrate Christmas (12 December 2023-3 January 2024) as it's holiday in both country.

She got her own business. She is a beauty salon owner. But in her business permit that said expire date is 2024.

I don't think she included property ownership, but business and her bank statement for past 6 months. She has sister, brother and mum back in country.

Family ties are a spouse and children unless she is under 22. If over 22 and single, she has no ties to return to.

She needs to include her business registration, and show that her funds can support a visit for one month which is a long time if she owns a salon. If she owns a salon, then how can it operate for one month during presumably a very busy season. She needs to show that she has clients to return to.

It's only 3 weeks for her visit. We invite her and stated that she will be staying at our home in Canada.

Ok. But that doesn’t address reasons for refusal - no family in home country and being financially established. She needs to show business registration with booked clients to return to. If she has a beauty salon, then clients would be booking in advance for an appointment.
