I am a 45 years old Pakistani male and applied for a 22 days Canadian visit visa on 10th April 2018 and got a refusal on 24th April 2018.My application, which was consisted of about 65 pages' was assessed and refused in just 9 working days.The reasons for refusal are:
1- Travel History and 2- Personal assets and financial status.
Regarding travel history, I am a genuine traveler and have visited a few countries so far which includes Malaysia (6 times), Singapore(3 times), Dubai (5 times), Thailand and Mauritius once each.I provided copies of all the visas and stamps.
As far as finances are concerned, I provided a 2 months bank statement of my account with a balance of CAD 45000 with lots of transactions. ,I stated that it was my business account and more money was expected to come to it soon and on the 4th day of the application,I put another amount of about CAD 11500 in my account.
Basically, I am a teacher and have been teaching in government schools in grade 16 for the last 23 years. I provided last 3 months salary slips, letter from the education department,confirming my service, salary and leave for the trip. Besides,I provided my service card and a service certificate from the headmaster of my current school.I also mentioned I have left only 2 years to my retirement and that I will get a very good pension and gratuity. Also,I provided the result of my test for Headmaster post which I passed to show I have strong reasons to come back.
I have a real estate and property business which is not a registered business.I do it after my school duty.Actually I work as an investor with different real estates and property centers who buy and sells plots for me. I provided receipts of different deals of the past 6 years or so to explain my sources of income.
I also provided copies of monthly school fee of my 4 children.Along with the application, I provided confirm return tickets along with frequent flyer membership card of Emirates,different hotel and apartments booking,a detailed sketch of my activities in Canada,itineraries,purpose of visit , marriage certificate and trip expenses etc
All the above mentioned things show strong ties with my country and family.But my visa was refused.Now I am planning of re-apply in next summer vacation.I am a genuine visitor and really wish to see the magnificent Niagara Falls and feel its beauty,even if it takes a few years for me to get the visa.I will keep trying.
Now, is there anyone who can give more information/suggestions as to what should I do next time? Any help will be greatly appreciated in this regard.Hope hear from you soon,guys
