I have been refused Canada visitor's visa application twice. The latest refusal the visa officer wrote that I have strong ties in Canada (my wife came to Canada with a study visa however she has a permanent job though she has a temporary work permit. She lives in Canada with our 2 kids). I had applied for a temporary visit as I have a permanent job in my home country and I only want to visit my family from time to time. The VO also gave the following reasons: That my asset and financial information are not sufficient and also that my purpose of visit is not consistent with temporary stay given the details i provided. The VO noted that I did not establish that I will not leave Canada.
I have requested for my notes and while i still await the receipt of my GCM notes I want to enquire about the best possible approach towards getting a successful outcome either via reapplication or reconsideration letter. I believe i may have provided insufficient information which led to the unfavorable decision, however i can prove my case with additional new information.
I will appreciate your advise on what is the best approach to follow.
