My wife is a student in Canada (went in July 2017) and staying with her university friend. I applied for 10 days Canada Visitor Visa for me on 30-Nov-2017 with a refusal on 9-Dec-2017 (Paper Based). I am surprised with the reason they gave. Here are their reasons "Given Economic Condition, Employment Prospects, Considering your Travel History, Economic Establishment and family ties."
Below is the list of documents I attached and hired Thomascook to submit my application through VFS
1. Invitation letter from Spouse, her rental lease agreement, her stamped student visa, university letter of acceptance.
2. Bank statement of last 2 years with INR 7,00,000 balance ($14000)
3. 2 Photos as per Canadian measurement.
4. My 12 months pay slips slips. My annual salary is Rs. 900,000/-
4. Leave letter on company letter head
5. My marriage Certificate
6. Passports
7. Mentioning property of Rs. 45,00,000/- Lakhs in covering letter.
I am confused what to do to support my application. Shall I apply again ASAP with strong letter of explanation ? To support my rejection reasons and what do they really mean by Given Economic Conditions ?
Or should I apply for Open Work Permit instead of Visit Visa ?
Can you suggest me what to do?
