Visit Visa- Previous countries or territories of residence

Hi. So I want to apply visit visa for my brother. While completing the form, there is an question regarding previous countries or territories where he lived for more than 6 months. Now he has visited quite a few countries but haven't lived more than few weeks there. Should I say "Yes" and mention those visit and if "No" then, where to mention his previous travel history? Because I have rechecked again and there is no question regarding previous travel history apart from this. I am quite confused and will appreciate your response.
