Visit visa online June application

Well This is the first time I am goona post to any forum or something because I am really nervous. Kindly help me in clearing my doubts and reveiw the case as Case officer if it will be clear or not.

I was a canadian study visa holder since may 2010 and I didn’t stayed the whole duration of my visa. When i was in canada I was less interested to study and more interated to work than I applied a work permit inside canada to change status on july 2011 starting but unfortunately it got rejected and I came back. I stayed couple of years in my home country I work there and than I move to UAE for work purpose. Im Aug 2015. I changed couple of jobs but I always remain legally in the country and travel to my home country occasionally. 3-4 times in last 4 years. I got married recently in December last year and even that time I don’t have vacation to stay long in my home country so i resumed my duties within 6 Days of marriage. In March my wife got a visit visa for UAE. She is living with me than I applied for my annual leave which got approved.

I have real brother in canada as well sister in law who are PR in canada and have their own business. As my marriage was in december and due to their professional circumstances they didn’t attend that as per need of their business.

I have applied for canadaina TRV visitor for 1 month with my wife online. These supporting documents I have attached.

1. Letter of invitation from Host(My brother)
2. Reason of Vist 29 days Summer Vacation in calgary including 7 days honeymoon trip to vancouver which is sponsored by my brother as a wedding gift as well mentioned in the letter of invitation because they were not able to attendthe marriage and Even i was not having enough time to saty in my home country after marriage.
3. They have attached their PR cards tax assessment for the taxation year 2017. As well as the biographic page pf passport to show the relation ship with me and my brother as well he has my name under family members in his file even though i have name when i applied earlier.
4. Our marriage certificate .
5. All the travel history and stamps for me and my wife.
6.leave approval letter from my company confirming my lengt of employment.
7.Salary certificate from my company.
8. My UAE salary account with approx $4000 cad last 6 months.
9. My wife bank account and a balance letter from her bank showing her name abc wife of xyz for last 3 months with approx $10000 cad.
10. Invitation letter is detailed with week by week itenary as well host taking responsibility for all financial expenses as well during my stay and stating that I will leave canada after my actual finish of visa.
11. To from tickets to canada and from canada to delhi and than from delhi to dubai within my leave specified period.

Is there any documents I miss in that will my file consider as CAN+ Do you think it is enough to complete their requirements.

My passport is expiring aug 2019 so almost a year and i Asked for 30 days entry only will it have any impact.

As you have already applied, there's nothing to do except to wait for a decision. You might just get lucky.

IMO, you have not established your immigration status in UAE + you and your wife have not proved your individual/collective strong ties to both UAE and India + your personal bank balance is low (hopefully, your wife's bank balance will cover the costs for the visit).

That said:
1. Is your wife working in UAE on a visitor visa?
2. Was the CAD 10,000 bank balance earned by her?
3. Can the funds in your wife's bank account be accessed in UAE?

Also, your wife has temporary status in UAE. Until when is her visa valid? Not sure if your profession and/or salary makes you eligible to sponsor your wife for a UAE residence permit.

Possibly not

If you are approved, the length of your TRV would depend on the assessment made by the visa officer

Well I heartily thanks for the response atleast you could gave some negative points being honest which an immigrant office might think.
1. I didn’t understand the point that I have established the uae immigration status I mean I ha e attached the work visa and all but aa there is no PR and citizenship in UAE. Please ellaborate how to establish
2. Exactly my wife doesn’t provide any ties to UAE as well india thats the concern.
3.Yes my bank balance is low whereas my wife is a student all money in her account is transferred from UAE through my name in her bank account.

Well my wife is on a visitor visa which starts 30 March 2018 untill 27/june/2018 and I ask the entry by 26 june according to my leave and as well as the tickets are for 26 june so that she can leave legally IAe.

As I mentioned it was earned by me transaction are made theough me online using UAE neft to india by my name.

Yes All the funds can be accesed anywhere in the world as we are online banking as well and we do used some funds as well in UAE. Its a kind of rotating bank statment.

My wife is on tourist/visit visa which is easy. Even my profession and salary is eligible to do so eith lots of paperworks I preferred to call her in on tourist/visit visa sponsored by tourism company.

Because as i read in your threads that anyone who has travelled to canda or have valid USA visa in last 10 years eligible for Can+

Hopefully there is nothing much to do my brother already applied this from canada through a IRCC certified agent in CaNada. Lets see whats the result will update you but if ever you find some other relevant discussions please reply.

Just waiting for the positive decision all I know is 50-50 because its upon case office if he looks postive sode or negative because I have benifits as well as risk to not to return.

As you have submitted your UAE WP + residence permit then that's okay.

I would have also included an explanation for this transfer.

This is one of the weak links in your wife's TRV application. She has applied from UAE where she has a very short authorized visitor status. This is a negative for her TRV application.

IMO, you should have applied for a UAE residence permit for your wife before applying for a TRV. It would have made her immigration status in the UAE more stronger.

You didn't violate any visa conditions nor did you overstay. Your previous stay in Canada won't negatively impact your current TRV application.

Because as i read in your threads that anyone who has travelled to canda or have valid USA visa in last 10 years eligible for Can+

You need to request for CAN+ processing in writing.

Hoepfully a intervie will give me chance to present my intentions face to face.

Interviews are not common. That's why all documents/evidence must be submitted with the application

As it is an online application, your agent can tell you the status + IRCC will communicate only with your agent for any/all reasons
