Hi,

Here are the reasons why they refused my aplocation for your reference. I will just apply once I have enough money in the bank. Hehehe. PLEASE READ QUESTION IN CAP LETTER

the information in the travel and identity documents;
• the person’s ties to his or her country of residence (including immigration status, employment and family
ties);---ATTATCH LAND TITLE, EMPLOYMENT CERTIFICATE INCLUDES APPROVED LEAVE still refused????
• the person’s ability to pay for the trip and to support himself or herself while in Canada;:) I PUT TWO MONTHS VISIT, UES I THINK MY BUDGET IS NOT ENOUGH....BUT SOME PEOPLE JUST PUT 3 weeks even if they will stay for morethan a month or two. I am just honest...lol
• whether the person is likely to respect the conditions of his or her admission to Canada;WHAT IS THIS?
• whether the person is inadmissible to Canada; AND THIS?

Thank you for the help, so next time i can probide everything...

Kylie

Hi,

Which boxes were ticked for the refusal?

A 2 months' visit would mean that your employment ties are not strong.... your visit should be for 2-3 weeks.

What proofs did you submit for your finances? How much money do you have for your visit?

Did you submit evidence of your employment (pay slips, employment letter, income tax returns)?

What other documents did you submit for yourself and your host? What other ties did you show to your home country?

Cheers

The amount of money in the bank is not enough....ill just save more. Yes there is evidence of employment. Payslip, employment certification. You are right i will just put 2 to 3 weeks of visit. Others documents is land title from host is the invitation...

Thanks

Hi,

Sure. I'll try to help you. I'll answer all your queries here.... instead of different threads.

1. Can you please tell us exactly which boxes were ticked for the refusal?

2. What documents did you submit? Host documents? Purpose and length of visit?

3. What ties did you show to your home country? For employment/family/property, etc?

4. How much money did you show for your visit? Do you have financial investments (locked-in and liquid cash)?

Cheers :)

Hi,

It's normally difficult to get a TRV when one has a spouse in Canada/PR application in process.... it is possible though.

1. How long have you been employed? Did you submit payslips, ITRs, bank statements, other financial investments?

2. When was the POA made in your favour? And very broadly, what authority does it give you?

3. Can you show a must return date? For work commitments or a family event? With proofs

4. Is your transport business active ie did you submit proofs of income earned through this business, your responsibilities, etc?

5. You have submitted far too many financial support letters.... four of them.
First, this indicates that your own financial situation is not strong..... then it puts the financial situation of your relatives in doubt (and hence, why so many letters).

You must also submit the bank statements of the relative who will provide financial support. As far as possible, you must show that you have a good financial situation without having to depend on anyone.

6. Have you traveled to countries that have stringent visa assessment procedures?

7. Also, did you mention that you can take a month off from work because about 10-odd days are due to Diwali and other holidays? Hence, you planned your visit around these holidays?

Cheers :)

Hi,

It's normally difficult to get a TRV when one has a spouse in Canada/PR application in process.... it is possible though.

Yes i knw its difficult to get trv if pr application is ongoing...but reading various forums here including topic "visitor visa granted to pr wife " encouraged me to apply fr trv....

Applicants having approx same funds available as i am having been successful in getting trv..
I knw every application is different n unique ....bt still i gave a try

Bt i hv not got any financial reason for rejection so i guess finance was not an issue to officer....i may be wrong...plz do comment on this point also

1. How long have you been employed? Did you submit payslips, ITRs, bank statements, other financial investments?

I hv work experience of 2years...
I hv bn employed frm last october 2014 to my current clinic so its almost a year.....i had to change my clinic as i shifted from pune city to mumbai city with my husband, then he return to canada in april....I am practising dentist and i handle complete clinic ,my employer is also my colleague ....i get my salary in cash which was clearly stated in my employment letter....
Yes i had submited my bank statement with CAD 3250 $ plus joint account with my husband having CAD 2700$

My husband stated in his letter of invitation that he will take care of all my expenses ...i had also attached employment letter of my husband ,pay stub, bank statement....

2. When was the POA made in your favour? And very broadly, what authority does it give you?

POA was made in March 2015 before my husband left fr canada april 2015....except sale rest all authority like leave n license, society meeting, maintance payment is undertaken by me....i had also attached the registered aggrement copy of present tenants which is on my name

3. Can you show a must return date? For work commitments or a family event? With proofs

I had submitted leave snction letrer frm my employr and it mentioned clearly that i vil rejoin frm 17th november ....plus in my letter i had mentioned that am having good clinic practise here in my home country and my employer vil manage clinic fr one month as i vil be visiting my husband

4. Is your transport business active ie did you submit proofs of income earned through this business, your responsibilities, etc?

I had submitted all papers of transport vehicle (insurance, fittness, ownership paper)

5. You have submitted far too many financial support letters.... four of them.
First, this indicates that your own financial situation is not strong..... then it puts the financial situation of your relatives in doubt (and hence, why so many letters).

Actually two financial support letters with assurance to return to home country 1. From my mother in law n 2. combine affidavit frm my maternal uncle n aunt
And letter stating assurance to return to home country according to flight details frm my Dad

You must also submit the bank statements of the relative who will provide financial support. As far as possible, you must show that you have a good financial situation without having to depend on anyone.

I had submit form 16 of my uncle with ITR of my uncle n aunt

6. Have you traveled to countries that have stringent visa assessment procedures?

No i have not travel anywhr outside my home country

7. Also, did you mention that you can take a month off from work because about 10-odd days are due to Diwali and other holidays? Hence, you planned your visit around these holidays?

No i didnt mention abt diwali.....
I had mentioned abt bdy n belated anniversary in the same month ....plus as its been more then 6 months v hv not seen each other....and solely the purpose was to visit my husband

I had also stated that it wont be possible for my husband to visit me as he cant take leave frm his job and he has even join hearing instrument specialist course S117 program in george brown university (attached college id)

Cheers :)

It is difficult to get a TRV when an applicant is married to the sponsor, but its definitely not impossible, see my signature. My wife is living proof that it is definitely possible, and she's from a country notoriously difficult to get a TRV from. She not only got a TRV, she got the best possible result: multiple entry for life of passport. We spent a good amount of time preparing the application, and our documents constantly exceeded the file size limit for submitting online.

@Nabaaf

Hi,

One can understand your concerns and anxiety. However, please be patient..... and don't double/multiple post the same queries + inbox messages.

Coming back to your questions:
Every case is unique.... please don't compare/conclude that TRVs can be issued if finances shown are the same or because of some other similar assessments.

i get my salary in cash which was clearly stated in my employment letter
You have not proved that you are indeed employed..... an employment letter will not suffice.

In India, other than daily wage earners/mom-and-pop stores, no one is paid in cash these days. It will help if your employer pays you through cheque/bank transfers.

To prove you are earning an income as a full-time dentist, you must submit bank statements showing monthly deposits that match the earnings you claim + Income Tax Returns for the last 2 years (even if your income is below taxable limits - do file 'Nil Returns' in this case).

Bank statement of 6 months (not 5 months).

Can your colleague/employer submit a copy of the Profession Tax certificate + proof that s/he has paid annual PT for hiring you (single employee + employer = PT for two persons)? And also Form 16?

Yes i had submited my bank statement with CAD 3250 $ plus joint account with my husband having CAD 2700$
Does this bank balance tally with your income? Have you borrowed any of it?

Do you have financial investments (FDs, shares, PPF, LIC, etc)?

i had also attached the registered aggrement copy of present tenants which is on my name
Is the rental income credited to your bank account? If yes, have you included this rental income in your proof of available finances?

I had submitted all papers of transport vehicle (insurance, fittness, ownership paper)
Unfortunately, none of these documents prove that the transport business is active and earning any income. Consequently, it does not prove the transport business is one of your ties.

Can you submit business registration documents + bank statement for the transport business + proofs of income earned/taxes paid?

Actually two financial support letters with assurance to return to home country 1. From my mother in law n 2. combine affidavit frm my maternal uncle n aunt
And letter stating assurance to return to home country according to flight details frm my Dad
Affidavits do not work as these are only assurances.

Also, please choose your words carefully for the Invitation Letter.... do not state anything to the effect that *missing your husband/he is unable to travel due to his studies* may indicate that you could overstay your visit

Cheers :)

Hi Nabaaf,

You're most welcome :)

As you hold a POA for the apartment + lease agreement is in your name + rent is credited to the bank account held jointly with your husband..... you can add this rental income to your finances.

If you need any other advice, I'll be glad to help

All the best :)
