Is Canada Open visit visas for spouse or visitor Visas. I am thinking to apply from Saudia Arabia. I already have Canada visit Visa but want to apply for my Wife and daughter.

Who are you visiting in Canada? Canada is not open for tourism although you can apply for travel in the future.

Yes just want to apply and will visit in January 2021 vacation. I just want to prepare everything before travel.
So can we apply or wait till open for tourism?

Sure no harm in applying but doubtful visits will be allowed by 1/2021 due to COVID restrictions.

I already have a visit visa.. in sept I have applied for my wife son and daughter from Bahrain. U can apply but u have to be patient for result.
