Visit visa for Parents of PR Holder outside Canada

I have PR since 2016 and not living in Canada. I would like to take my mother to canada for couple of week visit but what i understand that i can apply for supervisa only if i am living in canada and have to show my financial situation over there.
Is this possible to apply for the normal tourist visit visa ? what details she has to provide for my status in canada as there is a section for such mentioning the relatives with citizineship or PR Status. i will be the sponsor for her for this trip so do i also need to mention my financial statements ?

Yes. She can apply for a TRV.

Your mom must demonstrate strong ties/reasons to return to her home country. It must not look like she is moving with you to Canada

Let me provide you some more details about my case. I am a Pakistani Citizine working in KSA with Valid work visa. I have canadian PR but i am not living in Canada. My mother who is also a Pakistani national is here in Saudi Arabia to visit me on a visitor visa. She also have a USA Visit VISA. I am planning to visit USA and canada along with her in 2 to 3 months, that is why i have to apply her visa from saudi arabia. So in this case, i would like to know that in her applicaiton for VISA, what address she has to mention for me, Saudi Arabia or Canadian ?
Secondly, as a proof of funds, she will present my bank statement of KSA, is this ok and Safe to provide such infomration to CIC ?

As your mom is a visitor in KSA, she must demonstrate her strong ties to Pakistan.... such as property/land ownership in Pakistan, dependent family, her financial situation, etc. Also, it would help if she has any previous travel particularly to countries like the US/UK/Schengen.

I am planning to visit USA and canada along with her in 2 to 3 months, that is why i have to apply her visa from saudi arabia.

A one week visit is perfect. If you plan to stay for longer then do keep her visit to 2-3 weeks. Otherwise it would look like she is moving with you to Canada.

As you don't live in Canada, you must state your Saudi address. You can also explain in a cover letter that as you have work commitments/you must return to KSA by a specific date, your mom will return with you. You could include evidence for this. This means she will not overstay her visit in Canada.

Does your mom have finances of her own?

You may also want to show a travel plan where you and your mom will visit the US after your Canada visit. This will make her application stronger. For this, do include any provisional bookings (plane or hotels) in the US
