I reside in Canada. I visit my parents in Hyderabad, Pakistan every year. My parents are retired, and my sister who is in 30s doesn't work or study. She has minor physical challenges but can take care of herself. I would like to apply for their visit visa, and in good faith i want them to return back after 6 months or less and do the same every year. More details:

(1) I have a decent job and can provide job letter, paystubs
(2) Bank statement showing funds in Canada in my name
(3) Parents can show decent assets in their name in pakistan
(4) sister has no education or work documents to show. All her activities are home-based. I will not disclose about her physical challenge as that may reduce her chances of getting visas.
(5) parents had a usa visa which they traveled on once and let it expire. sister has no visa, no travel history.
(6) I travel for work, and will like to include in letter that due to my busy work i like my family to visit me instead of me visiting them

It will be a great act of kindness if people can provide their best advise. My sister really needs to get out and visit me, and it will give me great pleasure to make her happy. She spends her days hoping she will see me soon and spend time with me as we are very attached. May God bless everyone. ameen

Just be honest and include all paperwork mentioned in Points 1-5, but immigration sees things from their perspective - especially risk factor of them staying here for good . How much travel history do they have?

My parents have traveled to USA once, their visas are expired now. My sister's passport is newly made. No travel history or anyother visas at all. Do you have any other idea to increase their chances of getting visas. I know its kinda risky to include my sister as it will reduce my parents chances of getting visas along with her, but they can't leave her behind alone and travel themselves. Any help or tips will be greatly appreciated.

I think getting your sister approved will be a challenge. CIC will see her as someone who has no ties to her home country (no job, no house/land, not attending school, no husband/children). Her lack of a travel history won't help. Is there any evidence at all that you can provide for her? If not, I think the chances of being approved are slim.
