Hello I'm a housewife from Morocco living in uae my husband is British
I live with my husband I have no work or business I applied for a visit visa to see my sister it was rejected for those reasons can someone help me please
This is the reason they mentioned
I attached my husband bank acount and his salary certificate and all prove that i can effort the visit but still they refuse it

• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as required by
paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR (https://laws-lois.justice.gc.ca/eng/regulations/SOR-2002-227/
section-179.html). I am refusing your application because you have not established that you will
leave Canada, based on the following factors:
• The purpose of your visit to Canada is not consistent with a temporary stay given the
details you have provided in your application.
• Your current employment situation does not show that you are financially established in
your country of residence.

Order GCMS notes. How long was visit? Reason for refusal wasn‘t funds. It is because you are living in UAE but not a citizen. What is your status in UAE? What ties can you show to Morocco? You not having a job is an issue because you aren’t a citizen of UAE so ties to return are weak.

My visit was for 3 weeks I'm a resident in uae I have 2 years resident
I'm a citizen of uae but I'm Moroccan not ematari
I don't work because I'm pregnant I had a job before now my husband is taking care of me also I'm studying here preparing a new diploma

I heard golden visa holders can live up to 10 years in uae. Is that right?

Did your sister write a letter of invitation? Was there any mention of pregnancy? How far along are you? If you have a two year resident visa and not working, this was reasons for refusal.

Yes she did send me a letter and I'm 3 month pregnant I didn't mention that
Yes 2 years resident visa showing I'm a housewife

Order GCMS notes but reasons are you don’t live in country of citizenship, are not a permanent resident of UAE with 2 year visa and don’t have employment. So if you apply you have to addres reasons for refusal. You need to focus on your strong ties to return - husband is in UAE, properties in your name?, investments?, and that you are going for a short visit. Do you have travel to the US, UK, NZ or US. If any, focus that you have visited and abided by immigration laws.

• The purpose of your visit to Canada is not consistent with a temporary stay given the
details you have provided in your application. (Need GCMS notes for this but probably because of not living in country of citizenship and 2 year visa)
• Your current employment situation does not show that you are financially established in
your country of residence. (Not employed. Need to show very strong ties to return to UAE. Do you have any funds in your name. Showing husband’s bank account is fine but do you have any funds in your name or joint funds. Husband’s salary certificate is not relevant.)

What did your sister’s invitation say?

She didn’t mention that she is pregnant.

Sorry misread thought it said she did. That still could lead to a refusal if discovered (or if she lied since believe it is a question asked) or being refused entry into Canada. Agree the major issue is ties to UAE.

What did your sister’s invitation say?

The invitation is simple showing her passport details cause she is Canadian and her bank account details also she mentioned that we want to have some families time since we live in different places and before our work vacations wasn't falling in the same time so it was hard to see each other that's it and also she mentioned that I will be staying in her place

You don’t work so that doesn’t make sense. Her bank details are irrelevant you must show that you have the savings to cover the cost of travel and hotel even if you will be staying with her. Families can argue so Canada wants to make sure you have the funds to cover all your potential travel expenses. Does she work? How did she get Canadian citizenship? Where have you travelled internationally before?
