Please how through is this I heard from someone on TikTok saying if you have visit visa and you didn’t travel before it’s six month Dey can cancel the visa.

IRCC can do anything they want to do at any time but not traveling within 6 months after issuance would not be normally considered to be one. There is no minimum or max time after issuance that a person has to travel by.
