hello, i am just a little confused. I'm applying for a visitors visa and i consulted an agency (canadian immigration consultacy). I will be submitting my papers tomorrow but the invitation letter i have is not notarized by a lawyer and the agency wants it to be notarized, does invitation letter need to be notarized? and if i submit it without notarizing is there a big possibility that it would be a cause for denying my application?

The agency is wrong. You can notarize it, but it is not needed.
