I am applying for visit visa for my self only, i understood i have to submit my travel history details for the last 10 years on specified form IMM 5562.

My question is since i am only applying for my self, do i have to give the travel history of my Spouse and children as required in the form.

Is this form listed on the Document Checklist for your country of passport? Or are you assuming it must be submitted?

My question is since i am only applying for my self, do i have to give the travel history of my Spouse and children as required in the form.

Each applicant should submit individual applications with details that are specific to only his/her application. You must provide your travel history, not the travel history of your family members
