Visit Visa 2nd attempt .. need help!!

this is the second time that i am applying for a visit visa to canada. previously my application was rejected and now when i am filling up the forms i dont see any option which asks if i have applied earlier ??

how can i prove that this is my second attempt ???

If this is your second time applying then you should have UCI number. and on the application form 5257e the fourth page there is a questions about that.

Question 2b and 2c of the Background Information section of your application form.

You must declare all previous visa refusals to ANY country.... not just for Canada.... but for the US and any other country (if applicable)
