I am looking for assistance.
I am in Canada on a visitor visa. I received confirmation that my study is approved and are requesting for passport. I have put in a web form request for LOI. Do I have to wait for LOI and then go for flagpole or can I go without LOI. Which is the best border in Ontario for flagpole
