Hello,

My I94 is expiring in 3 months ( because of passport expiry) but having valid USA visa for next 2 years. Now passport has been renewed so I want to go to Canada to re-enter to USA to get new I94.

Is this reason I should mention while applying for tourist canada VIsA?

I am in USA only. My purpose is to get new I94. but I heard that CBO does not issue new I94 if vising CANADA for less than 30 days

Then why don't you go to the new I94 official website to check it out? Then book an international flight directly to an American airport, on arrival, an electronic I-94 would probably be given you by the CBP officer.

Sorry I didn't get you....

Have you checked the website? If you still have questions, contact the CBP and discuss your options....!

I have already gone through the website and contacted cbp also. I am in USA only. I didn't answer of my query from there..

Can someone please advise? If I got to Canada from USA for few days and come back by air , will I get new I94 or not?if not , Can I request them to issue new one as my current I94 is going to expire and having valid VISA.

Advice: Go to a US immigration forum as this is a US immigration question.
