Hi,
I'm planing to visit my friend in Canada. I have been refused student visa to Canada 2 times when i was in India. Now I'm in the USA on my H1B. While i was in USA, i was visiting Niagara and i accidentally crossed the bridge, I mentioned this to the Canadian officer and he replied this is a common problem among tourists who visit Niagara. Luckily i carried my passport so i was asked to park my car and was taken into the office and was handed a letter for my entry into the USA. I didn't have any issues coming back into the USA since i had a valid US visa. Now is there a problem in me applying for a Canada tourist visa? has any one had prior experience with something like this. Your help will be greatly appreciated. Kindly reply at the earliest many thanks in advance.
