Visit brothers while working?

hey,
I am currently working as a trainee at a well reputed IT company in India and wish to visit my brothers in canada during christmas.
here are some queries....

• I have just started my job ( one month) but I have signed a service legal agreement for 1 year with this company. ( shall I include my agreement with application?)
• Both my brothers are on their work permit now and have recently bought a new house over there( what would be appropriate invite reason for me?)
• I don’t have funds any old funds with me but I could transfer abt 10000 CAD to my account from family( is it good practice to include funds like this?)
• my parents also have valid visa for canada but they are in india ( will this weak my family ties in india?

Please guide me how to apply with certainty for approval , any help would be appreciated.

1. A few months after you become a confirmed, permanent employee.

2. When you can afford the entire visit including the airfare without depending on your parents or brothers = No borrowing funds

3. When you have established some strong ties (Read: Stronger employment ties + good financial situation and financial investments + any property/land ownership or down payment.... or loans/mortgages + some travel history to visa-required countries, etc etc
