Hello, I submitted my parents application on August 31st but I am yet to get a response after Biometrics, Biometrics was completed on 8th Sept. Should I be worried? They are Visiting from Nigeria.

It may be wise to reapply. See below regarding applications submitted before Sept 7:

Hello, I submitted my mother's application on October 21, biometrics was Nov 1, 2021. She is supposed to come visit me to provide post natal support to me and I included a Letter of Required Support Form completed and signed by my gynecologist. My baby is now 5 months old and we are yet to get any response and I have submitted several web forms. I am so worried and tired. Should I reapply ? She is coming from Nigeria.

Did you submit through the old portal or new portal because I had to reapply using the new portal as advised by most people here. Also it seems they are attending to October/November application. I reapplied in December using the new portal and I am yet to get any response.
I am hoping for the best. Maybe you should re-apply using the new portal. I believe people may have better advise also.

Thank you for your response. I applied using the old portal. I was hoping that they'll migrate pending applications to the new portal. However, I will go ahead and reapply.
