Hi Fellow members, my brother has applied for student visa and got refused, is there any probability to apply for visit visa to visit my uncle.

Is thr any fellow member who got succeeded in applying Visit visa after got refusal as student?

Earlier my brother applied with his spouse now gonna try alon for visit visa.

One of my friend got visit visa after getting study permit rejections 7 times. He got his visit visa in 3rd attempt. He is in Canada now.

We (2) Guys also having 3 study permit refusals and our visit visa file is in under process from last 3 months.

It will be much more difficult to get a TRV because your brother has shown that he would like to live in Canada.
